I’m Bethany Raney

My name is Bethany Raney, I am a real estate agent located in Lafayette, IN, where I was born and raised on a family farm, and have never left. I have planted my roots here, in this community, raising a family and, my husband and I own and operate a construction company here locally, so I am developed in that field as well.  I love my community and supporting small businesses!

I have a passion for real estate, marketing, investment and most importantly, making sure my clients are taken care of as if they were my family. With 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and investment properties, I am well-versed in expertly negotiating for buyers, marketing homes to sell quickly, while achieving maximum potential for my clients. Beyond real estate, I am personally passionate about my family (I have a husband and 2 beautiful girls), our small business, youth athletics, 4-h, photography, health and wellness, our dog, traveling to Marco Island Florida, Purdue athletics, volunteering and spending time with our extended family and friends. I am a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College, where I was a member of the Woman’s basketball team and graduated with a degree in Management and Marketing.
